Wisconsin native Phil Marshall has been playing guitar since the age of 6. In his early teens you could find Phil with a number of rock outfits in the Midwest. He has shared the stage with the likes of Joe Walsh at Summer Fest and Santana at the Minnesota State Fair.

Phil Marshall has written and recorded original songs with his former bands "The Phil Marshall Band" and "Fire N Ice",  and most recently re-recorded Kansas' hit "Carry On My Wayward Son" with August Zadra of DDY and some of the best session players in Nashville. It was produced by Phil's long time friend John Lawry, who also played keys on the remake. Phil has had the pleasure to play on tour with Petra and Head East.

He at one time dabbled in promoting and put on some amazing shows with Fire N Ice, Head East and Petra.

When Phil Marshall isn't playing his guitar he is flying planes, "yes you heard that correct'. Phil is a captain for Sun Country airlines but his real passion is music. He is a die hard Packers fan, so on Sunday's you can find Phil in front of the tv, rooting for his hometown team.

Phil loves classic rock and listening to music or attending concerts in his spare time. Some of his favorite musical influences are Robin Trower, Pat Travers, Neal Schon and Peter Frampton.

An interesting fact most people do not know about Phil Marshall is that he does not read music, he learns everything by ear. When asked, "What is your favorite Journey song to play?" he replied with "Separate Ways" he says it has a lot of drive and power and doesn't put him to sleep.
